We may offer the option for you to receive appointment reminders, promotional materials, or other updatesvia SMS or MMS messaging (“Text Messages”). By opting in to receive Text Messages from Dr, youacknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Consent: You provide consent to receive automated or non-automated Text Messages to the mobilenumber you have provided.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your activities, appointments, orpreferences.

  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.Dr is not responsible for any fees imposed by your wireless carrier.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving Text Messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any messageyou receive. After this, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out; no further messageswill be sent unless you opt back in.

  • Help: For assistance, you may reply “HELP” to any Text Message, or email us atdoctor@doctorostrovsky.com. We will respond promptly to address your inquiries.

  • Privacy Policy: Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includesa commitment not to share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketingpurposes.

5. User Accounts

If our Service requires you to create an account, you agree to provide and maintain information that isaccurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding any password or credentials used toaccess your account and for any activities or actions under your password. Your sole andexclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue using it.
